The client is seeking a plant / manufacturing operations leader who has helped other organizations achieve a world class level of performance while taking the company to the next level. Company is currently operating at ~35% capacity in a 102,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. There is opportunity to improve operating efficiency as well as labor utilization. This is NOT a turnaround, though lots of opportunity to improve, grow the business, and get it to the next level. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated success in diversifying a customer base and diversifying the market / industry presence.

• MUST HAVE an extensive background in CNC machining (custom component parts to OEM) and demonstrated performance in utilizing cost effective technology solutions to meet customer cost targets while achieving required company profitability objectives. There is no flexibility on this requirement.

We’ve been awarded the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) contract for a global ecommerce software and services company that is poised for explosive growth. We’re helping them build their East Coast office right here in Rochester!

Over the next several months we’ll be recruiting for:

  • Professional Services Leader (VP or Director depending on experience·)

  • Managed Services Leader

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Consultant / Senior Consultant – Functional Business Analyst

  • Consultant / Senior Consultant – Technical

All of these positions require experience with Ecommerce, ERP or WCM. The company's focus is on B2B, B2B2B, some B2B2C. They have an impressive customer list (household names) Verticals include manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, telecom. We’re not looking for retail specialists. The Managed Services Leader must have experience with Microsoft Azure, 24x7 operations and remote staff. Specific ecommerce experience is not as important for this role.

Our first hire will be a Professional Services Leader (Director or VP depending on experience) with P+L experience to lead, manage and grow the professional services line. Most of their customers are new to ecommerce (vs replacing an outdated platform)  so there is a good amount of PS and consulting required.  There are currently 10 reports in North America. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong partner relationships and experience managing remote teams and resource.

Sales Director - Senior individual contributor role. We're looking for strong sales skills and a sense of autonomy, as you leverage existing relationships and develop new ones to grow your piece of the business. Existing relationships with marquis accounts is helpful (think Google, Microsoft, both current customers) as is experience with technology, media and/or retail. Territory will be a combination of existing accounts, target accounts and new logos. Comp is very attractive.
